As a Meter Asset Provider, we offer the following services to cater for the individual needs of our customers.

• Asset Management

  Northern Powergrid is able to offer a bespoke service to customers including; logistics, stocks, refurbishment of assets and storage.

• Contract Management

  Our contract management team has close effective relationships with manufacturers and service providers to deliver excellent service and value to our customers.

• Funding Provision

  Northern Powergrid is in a unique position where we can be flexible on funding requirements with no upper or lower limits and have the ability to react to changes in projected volumes.

• Asset Tracking

  We have dedicated systems and processes in place that utilise industry data flows as well as additional reporting mechanisms to manage assets throughout their lifecycle ensuring those assets are tracked and appropriately billed for.

• Fault Management

  We have implemented processes to ensure assets are appropriately further tracked beyond the point of its removal from industry data flows.

• Firmware Management

  We have arrangements in place with the meter manufacturers, where we have a purchased agreement, to ensure that our energy supplier customers have access to firmware updates to keepour metering assets up to date.
